(1)In 1999, our bank’s total amount of the bond buy-back transaction on the monetary market ranked the second in the whole country; and the number of the buy-back transactions and that of the securities buy-back transactions ranked the first place in the whole country. Our bank was rated as the excellent settlement member unit among the nationwide interbanks bond transaction by the Central National Debt Registration Company and was augmented as “Standing Council Member of China National Debt Association” by China National Debt Association.

(2)On August 8, our bank commissioned the primary phase of business for the integrated depositing and drawing network for the institutional units so that the electronization level of operations of our bank was in the leading position in the whole city.

(3)On May 18, our bank’s Plum Cards were formally issued to the general public.

(4)In 1999, our bank unfolded the handling of various types of foreign exchange business in an all-round way.
